Terms of Service

By using the Aqua Pro Sales OS platform (app.closyhq.com), our public booking page, or by messaging our WhatsApp business number, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, stop using the service.

Aqua Pro Sales OS is a SaaS platform operated by Aqua Pro Yacht Maintenance, LLC. It provides:

• A booking and quoting tool for underwater boat services in South Florida.
• An AI sales agent (powered by Anthropic Claude) that responds to inbound WhatsApp messages.
• A customer dashboard for staff to manage jobs, customers, payments, and subscriptions.

• Provide accurate information (boat length, marina, last cleaning date, contact info).
• Pay invoices within the stated terms.
• Don't spam the AI agent or attempt to abuse it.
• Don't share your dashboard login with non-employees.

Prices are quoted in USD by the AI agent or staff and confirmed at booking time. Payment is processed by Stripe. By providing card details, you authorize the charge for the agreed-upon services. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until cancelled; you may cancel anytime from the customer portal.

We stand behind our work. If you're dissatisfied with a hull cleaning, contact us within 7 days and we'll redo the affected area at no additional cost.

The AI sales agent responds 24/7 and may quote prices, propose times, and create bookings on your behalf. While we work hard to keep its responses accurate, the AI may occasionally make mistakes. Final confirmation of price and time is binding only when you receive a written confirmation (job number reference). If the AI quotes you a price that is grossly off-market or you have any doubt, contact a human at (305) 978-1440 orinfo@aquaproyachtmaintenance.com.

You may cancel a scheduled appointment up to 4 hours before the visit window without charge. Last-minute cancellations (less than 4 hours) may be charged 50% of the service cost. Subscriptions can be paused or cancelled anytime from the customer portal — no refunds for the current period, but no further charges will be made.

Aqua Pro is fully insured. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, biofouling beyond reasonable removal, or losses caused by force majeure (weather, marina closures, etc.).

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, fraudulent payment, harassment of staff, or violation of marina rules. You may terminate by emailing us.

Florida law governs these Terms. Disputes are resolved in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated to active customers via email at least 14 days before taking effect.
