Privacy Policy

Aqua Pro Yacht Maintenance, LLC (DBA Aqua Pro Sales OS, "we", "us", "our") operates the app.closyhq.com platform and the Aqua Pro WhatsApp AI sales agent. This page explains what we collect, why, and how to control your data.

1. Information we collect

  • Account info: name, email, phone, role, organization.
  • Customer-supplied info: when you message our WhatsApp number or fill the booking form (boat length, marina, last cleaning date, address).
  • Conversation logs: WhatsApp messages exchanged with our AI agent, with timestamps and detected language.
  • Payment info: handled by Stripe; we only store the Stripe customer ID, the amount, and the status. We never see or store your card number.
  • Usage data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, when you use the dashboard.

2. How we use it

  • Quote, book, and remind you about underwater boat services.
  • Process invoices, payments, and subscription renewals via Stripe.
  • Improve the AI agent's responses (we may review anonymized conversation excerpts internally).
  • Comply with tax, accounting, and legal obligations.
  • Send service-related notifications (we never sell your contact info).

3. Who we share data with

We share data only with vendors strictly necessary to operate the service:

  • Stripe — payment processing (PCI-DSS Level 1).
  • Supabase — database hosting (AWS us-east-1, SOC 2).
  • Vercel — application hosting.
  • Anthropic — AI model inference (Claude).
  • Meta / WhatsApp Business API — message delivery.
  • Resend — transactional email delivery.

We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties for marketing purposes.

4. WhatsApp & messaging

When you message our WhatsApp number (+1 786 756 0304 or +1 555 643 7226), your messages are processed by an AI sales agent (Anthropic Claude). The agent may take actions on your behalf such as creating a booking or computing a price. A human (the business owner) can review and intervene at any time. By messaging us, you consent to AI-assisted responses and to your conversation being stored for service delivery.

5. Data retention

We retain conversation history for as long as you are an active customer and for 24 months after your last interaction (for support, dispute resolution, and tax purposes). Financial records are retained per IRS requirements (7 years). You may request earlier deletion at any time (see Section 7).

6. Your rights

You may request access to your data, correction, deletion, or a portable export at any time. We respond within 30 days. If you are an EU/UK resident, GDPR rights apply (legal basis: legitimate interest in service delivery; consent for marketing). If you are a California resident, CCPA rights apply.

7. How to request data deletion

Email info@aquaproyachtmaintenance.com with subject "Data Deletion Request" and your phone number / email. Or visit our data-deletion page. We confirm completion within 30 days.

8. Security

All data in transit is TLS-encrypted. Database access is restricted by Row-Level Security and project-scoped API keys. We do not store payment card data — Stripe handles it.

9. Children

The service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Changes

We'll update this page when the policy changes and update the "Effective" date at the top. Material changes will be communicated to active customers via email.
