Data Deletion

We respect your right to control your personal data. Here's how to ask us to delete your data from our systems.

What we can delete

  • Your customer profile (name, email, phone, address).
  • Your WhatsApp conversation history with our AI sales agent.
  • Your boat records and service history.
  • Marketing/communication preferences.

What we must keep for legal reasons

  • Invoices, payment records, and tax documents (7 years per IRS).
  • Records related to active disputes or legal claims.

These are anonymized where possible (your name and phone may be hashed) once the legal retention period is met.

How to request deletion

  1. Email us at info@aquaproyachtmaintenance.com with subject "Data Deletion Request".
  2. Include the phone number and/or email you used with us so we can find your records.
  3. We'll reply within 7 business days to confirm, and complete the deletion within 30 days of the original request.

Meta / Facebook data deletion callback

If you connected to us via Facebook/Instagram and want to disconnect your data, follow the same email process above. We process Meta deletion callback requests within 24 hours.

WhatsApp opt-out

Reply STOP to any of our WhatsApp messages to opt out of future communications. This pauses our AI agent for your number but does NOT delete your existing data — email us for full deletion.
